Bush Industries Announces Product Line Extensions for Commerical Office Furniture

Efficiency, Function, Style Options for Small Workspace Added

Monday, July 28, 2008 - Jamestown, NY - Bush Industries, a leading global manufacturer of ready-to-assemble (RTA) and OfficeReady™ furniture for home and office, is expanding its popular Series A, Series C and Office-in-an-Hour™ commercial office furniture collections.

Central to Bush’s innovative Workplace Solutions™ category, Series A and Series C products are designed to deliver practical office furniture for highly-functional, small-office environments. And the new products elevate this mission with additional space and style options for small businesses and work-at-home entrepreneurs.

New Series A products include a 42-inch corner desk, 42-inch corner hutch, 24-inch storage unit, and 24- inch storage hutch—all designed to optimize work space efficiency.

“Additions to the Series A line were designed for those entrepreneurs who seek stylish, space-saving solutions to fit compact work areas,” said Bush Executive Vice President Product Leadership and Marketing Michael Evans.

Series C line extensions, to be released in August, include a 24-inch storage unit, 24-inch storage hutch, and a mobile table. The storage unit and hutch provide flexibility and scalability for smaller work spaces, while the mobile table provides a movable and height-adjustable work surface.

The mobile table rolls on casters and adjusts to nine height settings, suitable for a variety of tasks. In its lowest height setting, the mobile table can roll under a Series C desk—with room to spare for laptop storage. Bush also will debut an attractive Warm Oak finish later this year, providing another complementary décor option for the contemporary home- or small office.

Extensions to Bush’s Office-in-an-Hour™ panel-based workstation collection were designed to enhance functionality while keeping the line easy for small-business owners to purchase and assemble. A new U-workstation provides a larger workspace, while a reception gallery shelf creates a convenient, communication-enabling guest sign-in area.
